Lilac Tree shortlisted in the 2023 UK Jewellery Awards
I am beyond honoured to announce that I have been revealed as a finalist in the “Ethical/Sustainable Business of the Year” category at the Retail Jeweller UK Jewellery Awards 2023, the jewellery industry’s longest-running and most-prestigious trade awards event!
Sustainable and ethical working practices have always been at the heart of my craft, and since I started my business I have made it my mission to minimise my impact on the planet in every way that I can - whether that’s reusing silver dust scrap to create beautiful new designs, meticulously sourcing one-of-a-kind conflict-free gemstones, developing cruelty-free workshop processes, or designing my own plastic-free packaging made right here in the UK. I want everyone who wears a piece of Lilac Tree jewellery to feel proud that they own a contemporary heirloom, which will stand the test of time.
As a finalist, my entry entry will now be reviewed by the UK Jewellery Awards judging panel, made up of industry experts, with the winners of each award being revealed at the UK Jewellery Awards ceremony on 6 September.
