Make Your Own Wedding Bands

Make Your Own Wedding Bands

£320.00

Make your own wedding bands together in my studio in Chiswick.

Join me in my Chiswick studio as I guide you through the process of making your very own wedding bands!

Included in the workshop is:

  • Access to all my workshop tools

  • Any base metal (ie copper or brass) you may require

  • Sundries such as solder

  • A handcrafted reclaimed wood ring box to keep your safe until the big day

  • Tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the session to keep us fueled

  • A glass of prosecco to celebrate your love and your handmade wedding rings!

Please note that precious metal, such as sterling silver or gold, is not included in the price. This will be charged separately, depending on your requirements. I will be in touch with you to discuss your wedding bands and requirements, and the materials you require. Before booking, please make sure you have fully read the additional information below, which includes important Health & Safety information.

This workshop is suitable for couples, with no prior jewellery-making experience required.

Please note that this is a working studio - it’s not always beautifully instagrammable, but by the end of the session you will have created some beautiful wedding bands with your own hands, to truly celebrate your love!

booking

Payment is required in full prior to the start date of any workshop in order to secure your place. Payment can only be made via the Lilac Tree website.

Payment includes use of all tools in the workshop, and any materials described in the listing. An additional cost will be incurred for any extra materials, including precious metals like sterling silver or gold required

Once you have booked a place in a workshop, I am able to offer a full refund if you cancel your booking by emailing hello@lilactreemakes.co.uk, quoting your two weeks prior to the workshop start date. After this time there is no refund. I understand that sometimes things crop up, so subject to availability I may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date if timing allows.

A full refund will be given if I have to cancel the workshop.

accessibility

My workshop is at the top of a steep and narrow staircase, which unfortunately may not be suitable for all students.

I am not trained, cleared or insured to teach children under 18, or to teach adults with additional learning needs, and so regretfully I am unable to accommodate such requests.

It is not possible to have children under 18 in the workshop, even as observers.

health & safety

A full health and safety briefing will be provided at the start of the workshop where students will be taught how to use jewellery tools and machinery safely. Students will then be responsible for their own health and safety while in the workshop.

Please wear casual clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. If you have an apron, you are welcome to bring one. Please avoid loose fabric or sleeves, as this could pose a hazard, and please do not wear open toed shoes (e.g. sandals or flip flops). Long hair must be tied back while in the workshop.
